POLITIKA PRIVATNOSTI I USLOVI KORIŠĆENJA

Sve prikupljene informacije naših korisnika mogu biti korišćene isključivo u skladu sa pozitivnim zakonskim propisima i potpuno je isključena svaka neovlašćena upotreba tih podataka.

ImNETCOM (I'm) ne traži širok spektar ličnih podataka. Obavezni podaci su samo; ime, prezime, mail adresa, datum rođenja, profilna fotografija. Ostali podaci su poželjni (zbog preciznije komunikacije između korisnika), ali nisu neophodni; o njima odlučuje svaki korisnik po svom nahođenju, prvenstveno ako želi da ostali korisnici o njemu više saznaju.

Osnovni podaci moraju biti tačni – nije dozvoljeno prijavljivanje pod šaljivim ili skrivenim imenima! Korisnici koji se ne budu pridržavali tog pravila – biće blokirani!

  1. ImNETCOM  je sajt koji će bezuslovno poštovati Zakon o zaštiti intelektualne svojine (autorskih prava) i sve srodne zakone iz te oblasti. U tom kontekstu, svi autorski radovi naših korisnika (na primer: audio, ili video - demo snimci u temi „estrada“) potpunu pravnu zaštitu mogu imati samo ako su prethodno zaštićeni u ovlašćenoj agenciji za zaštitu autorskih prava, ili patenata, na teritoriji konkretne države.

  1. Svim korisnicima koji nisu zaštitili svoje patente ili autorske radove, a postavili su ih na neku stranicu I'm-a, garantujemo posrednu zaštitu u slučaju da drugi korisnik neovlašćeno koristi njihove radove u celosti ili delove tih radova. 6. Sajt je namenjen odraslim osobama, ali je dozvoljen  i za tinejdžere, jer ćemo kontrolisati svaki neprimeren sadržaj i blokirati sve osobe koje neprimerene  sadržaje postavljaju.

7. Većina servisa koji su dostupni na ovom internet sajtu namenjena je odraslim osobama. Nećemo svesno prikupljati, koristiti, niti obelodanjivati lične podatke dobijene od maloletnog lica ukoliko od njegovog roditelja ili staratelja ne dobijemo prethodnu saglasnost u neposrednom kontaktu. Roditelje ćemo obavestiti o konkretnim vrstama podataka koji se prikupljaju od maloletnog lica i mogućnosti da se usprotivi daljem prikupljanju, korišćenju ili čuvanju takvih podataka. Poštujemo zakone o zaštiti dece i sprečavamo svaku zloupotrebu u tom kontekstu.

8. LIČNI I OSETLJIVI KORISNIČKI PODACI KOJIMA NAŠA APLIKACIJA PRISTUPA I KOJE PRIKUPLJA – KORISTE SE ISKLJUČIVO ZA KOMUNIKACIJU IZMEĐU ADMINISTRATORA APLIKACIJE I KORISNIKA APLIKACIJE ImNETCOM I NE DELE SE IZVAN APLIKACIJE.

9. Sigurne procedure rukovanja podacima za lične i osetljive korisničke podatke počinju prihvatanjem naših pravila privatnosti, nastavljaju se unosom osnovnih ličnih podataka i mail adrese za verifikaciju naloga, a zatim korisnici unose vlastitu lozinku i nakon sabiranja jednostavnih brojeva svaki  korisnik dokazuje da nije robot. Svi podaci se skladište u našoj bazi podataka i ne ustupaju se izvan naše aplikacije.

10. Politika zadržavanja i brisanja podataka programera;  korisnicima nudimo i opciju za onlajn brisanje naloga i podataka u aplikaciji, kako bi im dali veću transparentnost i kontrolu nad njihovim podacima. Svaki korisnik može da zahteva brisanje naloga i podataka na vebu bez potrebe da ponovo instalira aplikaciju.

Kada korisnik izbriše svoj nalog ili kada ispuni zahtev za brisanje naloga, biće izbrisani i podaci povezani sa tim nalogom.

Pored toga, korisnicima se može ponuditi alternativa da selektivno brišu samo određene podatke (npr. istoriju aktivnosti, slike ili video snimke) umesto da potpuno brišu svoje naloge.

Ako naši programeri budu morali da zadrže određene podatke iz legitimnih razloga kao što su bezbednost, sprečavanje prevara ili usklađenost sa propisima, moraće jasno otkriti te prakse zadržavanja podataka.

Privremeno deaktiviranje naloga, onemogućavanje ili „zamrzavanje“ naloga aplikacije ne kvalifikuje se kao brisanje naloga.

11. Kao što ne postoji tolerancija prema nasilju ili govoru mržnje, jednako tako  nećemo tolerisati korisnike koji takve sadržaje postavljaju! Takve korisnike ćemo blokirati i prijavljivati nadležnim organima.

12. Prihvatanjem registracije na našu društvenu mrežu, obavezujete se da prihvatite propisane uslove i naše „kolačiće“.

  1. Postoje neki podaci koje prikupljamo, ali ni te podatke ne delimo; Vaš stav o nekoj objavi ili proizvodu, vaše lajkove, zanimljive postove, ili kada upotrebljavate određene znakove kao „taraba“ („Hastag“)...

Među najvažniji podacima u koje imamo uvid - ali ih ne delimo, jesu kreditne kartice kojima plaćate oglase ili najave događaja u našem oglasnom prostoru; u sekvenceru ili bilbordu.   1. Ne možemo videti sadržaj poruka koje razmenjujete sa drugim korisnicima, osim kada ih neki korisnik prijavi kao problematičan, jer tada smo dužni da ih pregledamo.

O Vašim političkim, verskim, polnim ili seksualnim opredeljenima, zatim o Vašem zdravlju, rasnom ili etničkom poreklu, članstvima u nekim društvenim zajednicama ili organizacijama, možemo imati uvid samo ako ih dobrovoljno iskažete u komunikaciji sa ostalim korisnicima ili u namenskim anketama koje administratori i oglašivači koriste kada žele znati Vaše precizne stavove o zadanoj temi.
  3. Prikupljamo podatke koje dobrovoljno delite s nama, kao što su; Vaša lokacija, pristup kameri, forografije, video-zapisi i slično.
  4. U cilju unapređenja poslovanja, prikupljamo podatke od „kolačića“ i sličnih tehnologija i koristimo ih da se tačnije odredimo prema sadržajima koji se traže više i sadržajima koji se traže manje.

Razlog da temu POLITIKA odvojimo od drugih, jeste da pokušamo  izbeći konfrontaciju stavova koja je svojstvena drugim društvenim mrežama. Želimo političke stavove staviti u okvir samo jedne teme, koju svaki korisnik može slobodno odabrati kao vlastito interesovanje, ali neće biti vidljiva korisnicima koje POLITIKA ne zanima.

Razlog da temu LJUBAV odvojim od drugih, motivisam je željom da korisnici koji žele upoznati emotivnog partnera, dobiju potpunu diskreciju. Za razliku od specijalizovanih sajtova za upoznavanje, mi nudimo pristojnost i potpuno besplatno korišćenje.

We guarantee indirect protection to all users who have not protected their patents or author's works, and have placed them on a page of I'm, in the event that another user uses their works in whole or in part without authorization.
